H. Duncan Creelman — Agency Principal — Duncan founded The Creelman Agency in 1969 and is responsible for the Business Insurance Department of the agency.  He also serves as an account executive for many of the agency’s clients.  Duncan has long been active in local civic and community activities.  He was recently recognized by the Society of Insurance Counselors (CIC), honoring his more that 35 years of participation in advanced professional education and as a member of the first group of CICs in Maryland.

Kenneth H. Wise (Ken) — Agency Principal — Ken started in the insurance business in 1959 working in his father’s agency, Wise Insurance, Inc. Ken merged Wise Insurance with The Creelman Agency in 1986. Ken is responsible for the Family Insurance and Trucking departments and works with agency clients as an account executive.

 Robert (Bob) Walsh  — Associate, Business Insurance — Bob is a licensed insurance professional with more than 40 years in the insurance industry. His many years of insurance company and agency experience make him uniquely qualified to match insurance products and risk management solutions to our business customers. In addition, Bob is responsible for the agency’s Equine Insurance programs. Bob joined The Creelman Agency in 1999.

Patsy Metzger — Family Customer Service Representative — Patsy is a licensed Property and Casualty agent who specializes in securing the best protection for all Family Lines of business, including Home, Auto, Umbrella, and Boat. She is trained to manage the day-to-day service issues that might arise and strives to be familiar with individual’s needs in order to represent these needs to the insurance carriers effectively. Patsy and Amanda also work with our Horse Trailer clients.  Patsy’s service experience goes back many years and her service excellence is second to none. Amanda Handy – Family Customer Service Representative — Amanda is a licensed Property and Casualty agent who specializes in securing the best protection for all Family Lines of business, including Home, Auto, Umbrella, and Boat. Vicky Young — Business  Customer Service Representative — Vicky started working for Wise Insurance, Inc. in 1957. When the two companies merged in 1986, Vicky joined The Creelman Agency. She is a highly skilled Customer Service Representative and is licensed in Property and Casualty. Her many years of experience have made her an excellent liaison between our customers and our insurance companies.

Melanie Edwards — Business Customer Service Representative — Melanie came to The Creelman Agency in 2004 and has over 15 years experience in the insurance industry.  She is responsible for processing many of the new policies in the agency as well as customer service for a significant portion of the business insurance in the agency.
